Blick has been in the meeting industry since 1990 and the meetings that we are engaged to organise vary in all aspects. From meetings in small groups that need special arrangements to large conferences and events with over a thousand participants. The companies mentioned below have been working with Blick for several years and have made use of our services in different ways. National Encyclopedia 
Event:  The Knowledge Award with 400 attendees.
When: 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010
Services: Responsible for all registrations, hotel administration, transfers, dinner seating arrangements and logistical planning for this TV broad casted event.


AMF is one of Sweden’s leading pension companies and one of the largest owners on the
Stockholm Stock Exchange. Since June 2008 Blick has been appointed AMF’s meeting
supplier handling all kinds of meetings ranging from board meetings to staff parties. Blick
supports AMF in planning, booking and carrying out the meetings. 


Europcar 
Event:  Annual staff kick off with 200 attendees.
When: 2008, 2009
Services: Project management of the whole project including co-ordination of the
agenda, registrations, hotel administration, stage set up incl. all technique and
AV equipment, logistical planning etc. Personnel on-site.


Pernod Ricard is a world leading producer and distributor of spirits. Since 2006
Blick is their official supplier for meetings and events in Sweden. A part from regular
meetings and conferences this cooperation has meant Blick acting as project manager
for Pernod Ricards Annual Meeting Days for foreign sales staff. These incentives have
had 100-150 participants. Blicks assignment as project manager from start to finish
has meant being responsible for all planning including logistical co-ordination, budget, running sheet, venue finding, activities, hotel administration, dinner arrangements,
décor and audio visual set up and being present on site.


ISS is one of the world's largest commercial providers of Facility Services.
In Sweden the  12000 employees are spread all over the country providing services within Catering, Cleaning, Office Support, Property Services and
Facility Management. As of March 2007 Blick is the official meeting supplier for
all meetings held in Sweden.
